Almost every number is the same switchboard
Imperial’s contact page is organised by function, into head office, investor relations, sustainability, media, and new business and RFQs. That layout suggests five different desks. It is not.
+27 11 372 6500 is printed against the investor relations, sustainability and media contacts alike, five separate times on the page. That repetition is what identifies it as the switchboard rather than anybody’s direct line. The new business number behaves the same way, appearing beside more than one executive in different verticals.
So if you are chasing a consignment, the head office number is the entry point rather than a shortcut past it. Expect to be routed.
Every other contact on the page is a named individual with a personal work mailbox. We do not reproduce those. People move between roles and a switchboard outlasts them, and a personal mailbox published on a corporate page is not a customer service channel.
The obvious web address does not work
imperiallogistics.com/contact-us returns a 404 error page, and so does imperiallogistics.com/contact. Both are the addresses you would guess.
The working page keeps its old file extension: imperiallogistics.com/contact-us.php. The 404 page confusingly still has Contact Us in its own navigation, so it is easy to believe you are in the right place.
imperial.co.za also works and redirects to imperiallogistics.com, so either address reaches the company.
The enquiry form and what it covers
Most routes on the page lead to a single enquiry form rather than to a telephone number. It asks you to pick an enquiry type, and the list is the clearest guide to what Imperial expects to be contacted about.
- Career or job enquiry, and application as a service provider.
- Investor relations, sustainability, media and press.
- Potential business enquiry, and invoice or accounting enquiry.
- Corporate social investment, and tip-off.

Before you call
Be clear which part of Imperial you need. The switchboard serves a group with several operating units, and naming the unit or the service gets you routed once instead of twice.
For a delivery or consignment question, have the waybill or reference number and the name of the company that sent the goods. Imperial largely contracts with businesses rather than with individual recipients, so the sender is often the party that can act.
