FoneYam is a phone-rental business sold through selected PEP, Ackermans, Dunns and HiFiCorp stores, and it does not sell an “18-month contract” by that name: the offer with 18 monthly payments is its Yellow Offer.

The FoneYam 18-payment Yellow Offer
The Yellow Offer is a rental with a 19-month contract period and 18 monthly payments. There is no upfront payment and no Day-7 payment.
By comparison, FoneYam’s standard Blue Offer for new and returning customers runs for 13 months and 7 days, with an upfront payment, a Day-7 payment and 12 monthly payments.
Who qualifies for the FoneYam Yellow Offer
The Yellow Offer is available only to selected customers who have completed a FoneYam contract, and only when FoneYam offers it to them. If you have not been offered it, ask the contact centre on 0860 900 900 whether you qualify. FoneYam phones are available through selected PEP, Ackermans, Dunns and HiFiCorp stores.
When a store cannot help with your FoneYam rental
If a store cannot help with your rental, contact FoneYam directly by phone, WhatsApp or email. FoneYam’s head office is at 1 Industrie Street, Kuils River 7580. It does not publish a separate complaints line.
