Judges of the high court are not contactable directly, and no contact details for individual judges are published. The Office of the Chief Justice lists who the judges of each division are, but gives contact details only for the court manager office.

Services and responsibilities
The reason is a rule of court practice rather than an oversight. A party may not communicate with a judge about a pending matter outside the courtroom and without the other side present. Anything a judge needs to see arrives through the registry as a filed document, or is raised in open court.
Office and address information
The Office of the Chief Justice publishes judgeship lists by division, including Gauteng, so the names of the judges are public. Those pages carry no telephone numbers or mailboxes, and the judges chambers are not listed as a public contact point.
Applications and escalation
If you need something before a judge, file it through the registry at the court manager office above. If you are complaining about a judges conduct rather than a decision, that goes to the Judicial Service Commission, which handles complaints against judicial officers. A decision you disagree with is challenged on appeal, not by contacting the judge.
