Support and escalation routes

If information on your report is wrong, log a dispute through the Log A Dispute route on the site and attach a copy of your identity document, proof of residence, details of the dispute and any supporting documents. VCCB investigates within 20 business days, and once an enquiry becomes a formal dispute that counter starts and the credit provider that supplied the information is contacted. If the bureau does not resolve it, credit bureaus are regulated by the National Credit Regulator on 0860 627 627, which is the body to approach about a bureau that does not comply. Credit related complaints can also be taken to the National Financial Ombud on 0860 800 900.
