One thing to watch on the official contact page. Each office prints two numbers side by side separated by a vertical bar, with nothing but a small icon to distinguish them. The first is the telephone and the second is the fax. Only the first of each pair is a working voice line, so a number like 011 887 4364 at the head office or 021 531 8123 in Cape Town will not ring, and those are not reproduced above.

Address and operating information
The registered and head office is 53 Andries Street, Wynberg, Johannesburg 2090, with post going to PO Box 531, Bergvlei 2012. Wynberg is the industrial area between Sandton and Alexandra, and several group companies share that same street, so confirm the number of the building as well as the street before delivering anything.
Support and escalation routes
Match the route to the query. A subcontractor or supplier chasing payment is dealing with the contract, not with a call centre, so quote the contract or order number and go to the commercial department for that project rather than to the switchboard. Most standard construction contracts set out their own dispute steps, usually adjudication before arbitration, and those steps have deadlines that start running from the event.
For anything about whether a contractor may do the work, the Construction Industry Development Board maintains the register of contractors and their grading, and public sector work is limited to contractors registered at the right grade. Site safety is governed by the Construction Regulations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, and the Department of Employment and Labour inspects and enforces those. Because the company is listed, shareholder and results queries go to the company secretary rather than to an operating office.
