The mine is operated by Assmang, a joint venture owned equally by African Rainbow Minerals and Assore. That ownership split has a practical consequence: Assmang own website at assmang.co.za currently serves nothing but a website under construction placeholder, so it cannot be used to check anything. Support and escalation routes
If you are a supplier rather than a member of the public, ARM publishes a vendor registration form on its contact page and that is the correct entry point. An unsolicited approach to a mine directly will normally be redirected to that process, and being registered is usually a precondition for being invited to quote. Community and social investment enquiries go to the corporate social investment address rather than to the mine.
Safety is not a company complaint. An unsafe working condition at a mine is reported to the Mine Health and Safety Inspectorate at the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy, and it is the Inspectorate rather than the employer that investigates.
