- From Durban: about 250 km, roughly two and a half hours, north on the N2 past the Empangeni, Richards Bay and Mtubatuba off ramps to the Hluhluwe off ramp
- From Johannesburg: about 700 km, roughly seven hours, on the N17 via Springs, Bethal and Ermelo, then the N2 via Piet Retief, Pongola and Mkuze. The Hluhluwe off ramp is 55 km beyond Mkuze
- From Eswatini: exit at the Lavumisa border post, about 110 km from the lodge
- The lodge publishes GPS coordinates on the map page of its website for the final approach
