If you need the association for something specific

• Lost property: go to the rank the taxi departed from and ask the rank marshal, not the association office. Property stays with the driver or the marshal
• A complaint about a driver: get the registration number and the route. Without the registration number no association can act
• Fare disputes and route changes are association matters and are settled at the rank
• Operating licences and permits are not association matters at all. They are issued by the provincial department
