Most player, ticket, club and junior rugby questions belong with a provincial union rather than with head office.

- Match tickets: the ticketing partner named for that fixture, not the union switchboard
- Springbok merchandise and tours: sarugbyshop.co.za and sarugbytravel.com are the separate licensed operations

- Club, disciplinary and eligibility matters start at the provincial union and are escalated to SA Rugby only after the union has ruled
