Innovative Staffing Solutions now trades as ISS, and the change is why the obvious searches fail. innovativestaffing.co.za has no DNS record at all. The address the company actually used, innovativestaff.net, still exists but answers with an HTTP 302 redirect to issza.co.za, where the business is branded ISS throughout and the older name no longer appears on the page. The company publishes no e-mail address anywhere on the site, so the form is the only written route it offers. Note the mismatch worth expecting on the call: the number carries the 012 Pretoria dialling code while the premises are in Boksburg, on the East Rand. That is normal for a hosted business line and is not a sign you have the wrong company – but it does mean an 011 number quoted to you by a third party is not from this site.
What ISS actually sells
It is not a CV-forwarding recruitment agency. ISS describes itself as a specialised management services and operational outsourcing business – it places and then manages the people, keeping the HR, industrial relations and compliance layer in-house. Its listed services include managed operational deployment, end-to-end outsourcing, behavioural assessments with vetting and risk screening, occupational health, medicals and induction, and payroll administration. The company says it has operated since 2011 and is a subsidiary of Innovative Solutions Group.
The training division is a separate conversation
ISS Training is accredited with the Transport Education Training Authority and the Quality Council for Trades and Occupations, and runs operator and driver programmes – forklift, advanced driving, dangerous goods and working at heights among them. A learner phoning about a course and a client phoning about staffing reach the same switchboard, so say which one you are at the start. The sectors ISS lists are logistics and transport, mining and construction, agriculture, hospitality, FMCG and retail, manufacturing and engineering, and public sector environments.

- A temporary employment service may not charge a work-seeker a fee for finding them work. If any part of the process asks you for money, stop.
- Ask which employer you would actually be placed with and what the contract term is – under South African labour law a placement lasting more than three months changes your position materially.
- A dispute about pay or dismissal while placed goes to the CCMA, and both the agency and the client site can be cited.
