There is no Cartrack branch in Rosebank. 13 Keyes Avenue, Rosebank is the company’s registered address – the address on its company record – and Cartrack publishes no counter there, no branch hours and no Rosebank telephone number. That distinction matters more than it sounds, because it decides where different kinds of paperwork have to go. Read from cartrack.co.za on 7 September 2026.
What the Rosebank address is for
- Registered address: 13 Keyes Avenue, Rosebank
- Postal address: PO Box 4709, Rivonia, 2196
A registered address is where formal service goes – a legal notice, a subpoena, a letter of demand, a regulator’s correspondence. It is not where a customer query is dealt with, and posting a cancellation or a query there is the slowest possible route. Note that the postal address is in Rivonia, not Rosebank: the two are different, and the PO Box is the one to use for anything sent by post.
Where a customer actually goes instead
- Emergency, theft or hijacking in progress: 011 250 3134
- Client services: 011 250 3000, [email protected], weekdays 08:00 to 18:00 and Saturdays 08:00 to 13:00
- A complaint that is not moving: [email protected]
Cartrack is a fitment and monitoring business rather than a retail one, so there is nothing to visit in the ordinary case. A new installation, a re-installation or a de-installation is booked and then done where the vehicle is; you do not bring the car to Rosebank.
Paperwork people send to the wrong place
Three requests get posted to a registered address when they should be logged as service requests: a fitment certificate for an insurer, a change of ownership when a vehicle is sold, and a contract termination. All three are named items on Cartrack’s own enquiry form, and all three need a reference number you will not get from a letter. Log them through client services and keep the reference – particularly on a change of ownership, where handling it as a cancellation instead can leave you billed or the buyer unprotected.
The one thing worth doing before you need any of this
Save the emergency number in your phone under a name you will find while panicking, and write your unit or contract number somewhere that is not inside the car. In a hijacking the two things Cartrack asks for first are who you are and which vehicle – and the documents that answer that are usually in the glovebox of the car that has just been taken.
