If you are looking for BMW Zambezi, the dealership you want now trades as BMW Montana. It was known as Zambesi Auto, and BMW’s own site still carries the trace: its old Zambesi Auto dealer address on bmw-motorrad.co.za now redirects straight to the BMW Motorrad Montana page. 501 Breed Street, Montana Tuine, Pretoria, 0159. The motorcycle side lists the same site as the corner of Sefako Makgatho Drive and Breed Street.

- Saturday sales: 08:30 to 13:00

The workshop closes an hour before the showroom on a Saturday. Drop a car off for a Saturday service before noon, even though sales are still open after that.
What this dealership provides
New BMW cars, approved used cars, servicing and finance applications on the car side. BMW Motorrad Montana on the same site sells and services motorcycles and publishes its own hours: weekdays 07:30 to 17:15 and Saturdays 08:00 to 13:00. It lists 012 523 3600 as well as a second number, 011 676 6667. Bike owners should use the Motorrad hours, not the car workshop’s.
The outdated website to ignore
bmw-montana.co.za still serves a page built for the 2020 lockdown, telling customers to bring an essential service worker permit and wear a mask. It has not been updated since. Nothing on it is a reason for concern about the dealership, but do not take hours or procedures from it. Use the BMW Montana page on bmw.co.za instead.

Start with the dealership on 012 523 3600 and put anything important in writing to info@bmw-montana.co.za, so there is a record. A warranty, Motorplan or national service-plan dispute that the dealership cannot settle belongs with BMW South Africa, not with the branch. Old paperwork that still says Zambesi Auto relates to the same dealership, so quote it when you call.
