XDS (Xpert Decision Systems) is one of South Africa’s registered credit bureaus. It does not send consumers credit reports from its own website: it points you to Splendi, a free consumer service powered by XDS, where you can see your XDS report and score and dispute anything wrong. This page covers how to get the report, how to dispute it and who to contact at XDS. The details were read from xds.co.za, splendi.co.za and the National Credit Regulator register on 14 September 2026.

ContactDetails.co.za is an independent directory and cannot see your credit record. For XDS as a company, see XDS contact details.

XDS is listed on the National Credit Regulator’s register of credit bureaus as Xpert Decision Systems (Pty) Ltd, trading as XDS, registration NCRCB5, at Atrium on 5th, Sandton. The same register names Splendi as its website for consumer credit reports, which is a useful check that the Splendi site is genuine.

Product or service support

Once you register on Splendi, it shows your XDS report and recalculates your score each time you log in. According to Splendi, the report covers:

  • Personal details that credit providers use to identify you
  • Potential fraud indicators, showing whether your details appear on fraud databases
  • Your Presage credit score, which reflects how you pay your accounts
  • account payment history, judgements and defaults

If you entered the wrong ID or passport number while signing up, Splendi asks you to email info@splendi.co.za so the profile can be deleted. The same address handles sign-up problems where your email, cellphone or ID is already linked to another account.

Eligibility, account or policy requirements

You can dispute incorrect information free of charge. XDS offers three ways: the online dispute form on Splendi, its dispute form emailed to dispute@xds.co.za, or a call to the disputes department on 0860 937 000, which will send you the form. XDS says a dispute can take up to 20 business days. If the information cannot be verified in that time, it is removed.

To ask XDS what personal information it holds on you beyond the credit report, email informationofficer@xds.co.za with the subject “Data subject access request”. That wider request can take up to 20 business days and may carry a fee, which XDS will tell you about first.

Escalation route

If a dispute is not resolved within the 20 business days, refer it to the ombud. The Credit Ombud’s old web address now leads to the National Financial Ombud Scheme, on 0860 800 900 or info@nfosa.co.za. Send the reference and the correspondence you had with XDS.

You do not need to pay anyone to lodge a dispute: XDS handles disputes free of charge.
