Yoco Contact Details
The Yoco WhatsApp number is +27 79 074 3720, and Yoco Support answers it every day from 8am to 5pm, with Yoco’s AI Support replying after hours. Yoco does not publish a support phone number to dial: to speak to someone, start a chat in the Yoco App and request a callback, which can be scheduled Monday to Saturday between 8am and 5pm. Live chat with a Yoco consultant in the Yoco App runs every day from 8am to 5pm. Card disputes go to chargebacks@yoco.com, and media queries to press@yoco.com. To chat to a consultant in the Yoco App, log in with the email address and password you signed up with, tap the blue chat icon in the bottom right corner of the Hub, Sales or Money tab (or in Settings), choose “Send us a message” and type your message. Yoco’s help article gives a direct link to start the chat, and the Yoco App can be downloaded from the App Store, Google Play and AppGallery.
Is there a Yoco contact number or head office number?
Yoco’s contact page and Help Centre do not publish a support telephone number or a head office phone number. The contact page describes its channels as a call back or chat by email, phone, WhatsApp or web chat, and the Help Centre explains that phone support works by requesting a callback from within the app. Yoco also does not list a walk-in office address on these pages. Treat any “Yoco contact number” you find elsewhere with caution, and use WhatsApp +27 79 074 3720 or the in-app chat instead.
Reach the right Yoco team
- Not using Yoco yet (sales): use “Contact Sales” on yoco.com/za/contact to send a message; Yoco says its team will contact you within 24 hours, or you can chat on WhatsApp sooner.
- Already with Yoco (support): chat to the Support team about your account or card machine through the app, WhatsApp or “Contact Support”.
- Funding: use “Contact Capital” to reach Yoco’s Capital team about cash advances.
Yoco payouts: when your money arrives
Before you message support about a payout, check how Yoco’s payout types work. Yoco’s Help Centre lists four payout types. Standard Payout, the default on the Core Plan, reconciles at midnight and reflects in your bank account after 1 to 2 business days, with Sundays and public holidays delaying it. Weekly Payout reflects by 8am on your chosen day. Fast Payout reflects by 8am the next day, seven days a week, and is free on the Pro Plan. Instant Payout pays a requested amount immediately, 365 days a year. You need a minimum balance of R10 to be paid out, and Yoco must verify your identity and business before it can start paying you. Card transactions processed after midnight count towards the next day’s Standard Payout. Yoco’s own example: if a Friday is a public holiday, your Thursday payout is submitted to the bank on Saturday and, depending on your bank, reaches your account on Monday or Tuesday. To start receiving payouts you must complete your Yoco profile and provide any extra paperwork your business type requires, and the Help Centre has a step-by-step guide for changing your bank account details.
