The Contact form asks you to choose a reason (general, compliment or complaint) and then the restaurant, so pick the exact branch from the list. Fishaways publishes no WhatsApp line and no separate delivery helpline. Orders placed through Uber Eats or Mr D Food are handled through those apps first.
What this organisation provides
Fishaways is a seafood takeaway chain that is part of the Famous Brands group, and the Fishaways privacy policy is issued by Famous Brands Limited. Its franchising page says the network has grown to well over 250 restaurants in Africa. The menu covers hake and chips, grilled fish, calamari, prawns, sushi, platters and an Under 500 Calorie range.
Fishaways lists five ways to order: at the counter, by phoning your nearest restaurant for collection, on the website, in the Fishaways app, or at selected restaurants through Uber Eats and Mr D Food. Home and office delivery is offered where the restaurant supports it. Because the restaurants are franchised, questions about a specific meal, wait time or refund are usually fastest when you call the branch first.

Public holiday hours can differ, and the locator shows them per restaurant. The Famous Brands head office is at 478 James Crescent, Midrand, Gauteng (postal: PO Box 2884, Halfway House, 1685). It is a corporate office, not a restaurant.
Support and escalation routes
- Raise the problem with the restaurant manager, by phone or in person, with your slip or order number.
- If the branch does not sort it out, use the Complaint option on the Fishaways Contact form, naming the restaurant, or email info@fishaways.co.za.
- For an order placed on Uber Eats or Mr D Food, use that app’s help section, since the payment went through it.
