Official contact channels
Paymenow splits its contact routes between employees who use the app and employers who offer it:
- Employees: email help@paymenow.app or complete the app support request form on paymenow.live/html/help/help.html. Log in to the app at user.paymenow.app.
- Employers: call +27 21 891 1201, email info@paymenow.app, or complete the employer enquiry form on the contact page.
- Privacy and data: POPIA requests go to the Information Officer at info@paymenow.app. Report a suspected data breach to support@paymenow.app.
Paymenow’s homepage mentions a 24/7 WhatsApp support line for app queries, but the number is not published on its website. Do not trust a Paymenow WhatsApp number you find elsewhere; use the email and form routes above.
The old paymenow.co.za address now redirects to paymenow.live, and Paymenow’s mailboxes use the paymenow.app domain.
What Paymenow provides
Paymenow is an earned wage access and employee financial wellbeing app. Paymenow says it is not a loan: a cash-out is money you have already earned, deducted from that month’s salary, with no monthly repayments and no interest.
- Limits: you can access up to 25% of your net salary. Your employer sets the exact limit, the access criteria and withdrawal limits.
- Employee fees: a small service fee plus a transaction fee per cash-out, with a slightly higher cost for the faster immediate-payment option. There are no subscription fees.
- Employer cost: the service costs employers nothing, and employers may choose to cover employee fees.
Paymenow’s homepage says the app is trusted by more than 600,000 employees and that it is ISO-27001 certified and POPIA compliant. The app is on Google Play, the Apple App Store and Huawei AppGallery.

Support and escalation routes
Paymenow does not publish a separate complaints or escalation line. If an app query is not resolved through help@paymenow.app or the support form, contact the head office on +27 21 891 1201 or at info@paymenow.app during office hours. Because your limits and access criteria are set by your employer, your payroll or HR department may also be able to help with questions about how much you can draw.
For other financial services, browse the banking and finance hub or the banking directory O to R listings.
