What Quicket provides
Quicket sells tickets for events online on behalf of event organisers. For organisers, it also offers on-the-day services: scanning equipment, on-site ticket sales, YOCO contactless payments and access to its field service team. Ask the sales team at sales@quicket.co.za about these.
Address and operating information

Support and escalation routes
Refunds are at the discretion of the event organiser. The Quicket booking fee is always non-refundable, and Quicket’s commission is deducted from the face value refunded. To request a refund:
- Log into your Quicket account with the email you booked with.
- Go to My Tickets and find the purchase.
- Under Actions, click Request Refund.
- If Request Refund is missing, the organiser has not allowed refunds or the event is less than 1 day away. Check your invoice to see whether you bought XCover Protection, which you can claim through.
- If you are still stuck, email support@quicket.co.za or call +27 21 424 9308.
If an event is cancelled or postponed, Quicket emails all ticket buyers with refund information. Quicket does not publish a separate escalation line; the support email and phone number above are the routes it lists.
