Official Aon insurance route
Aon uses one number, 0860 100 404, for personal insurance. Call it for household contents, house owners and motor insurance emergencies, for medical aid queries, and for any other query or quote.
Aon does not publish a general email address. Written enquiries go through the forms on its contact page at aon.co.za/contact-us: the General Personal Enquiry form, the Request a Quote form and the Submit a Claim form.

Product and service support
Aon’s own household and motor products are By Preference, By Design and Auto By Design, all underwritten by Santam. By Design has a basic motor excess from R3000, accidental damage cover up to R25 000 on contents, and cover for business goods at home up to R30 000.
The Pinion range (Pinion Homeowners, Classic and Private) is exclusive to Investec Private Banking clients.
Aon’s personal solutions also include medical aid advice, medical gap cover, Aon Protect Personal Travel Insurance, pet insurance and Cybersafe mobile security.
Where no Aon product suits you, Aon says it will, with your agreement, seek quotes from insurers. It also acts as your claims advocate with the insurer.
Eligibility, account or policy requirements
The Pinion range is only available to Investec Private Banking clients. For Aon’s other products, Aon does not list eligibility rules on its contact page; use the Request a Quote form or call 0860 100 404 to find out what applies to you.
