- If the matter is not resolved, use the escalation route below.
Escalation route
Discovery Health Medical Scheme complaints run in steps. First submit the online complaints and compliments form on Discovery’s Contact Us page, choosing the role “Healthcare Professional”. If that does not resolve it, escalate to the Principal Officer, and after that lodge a formal dispute.
