The Pick n Pay RCS customer service number is 0861 729 727 (0861 SAY RCS), and card enquiries can be emailed to rcscards@rcsgroup.co.za. The Pick n Pay credit account is issued and serviced by RCS, the RCS Group credit provider based in Pinelands, Cape Town, not by Pick n Pay itself.
RCS is also separate from Mobicred, which is a different credit facility offered at Pick n Pay. If your account statement says RCS, the contacts on this page are the right ones.

What RCS provides for Pick n Pay
The Pick n Pay credit account is “Powered by RCS”, a registered credit provider and authorised financial services provider. RCS runs a Pick n Pay-branded self-service portal at ss.rcs.co.za/partner/pick-n-pay/self-service/, where you can:
- check your available credit;
- pay your account;
- manage your details;
- view your latest statements.
RCS says account payments can also be made in-store at Pick n Pay, among other retailers.
