Cancelling or upgrading a Netstar contract
Upgrade, renewal and cancellation go to retentions@netstar.co.za, and the same team handles all three. Expect a counter-offer on a cancellation. Put it in writing, keep a copy, and confirm the last billing date: a verbal cancellation is difficult to prove when a debit order continues.
