Discovery Invest login and your documents

Discovery Invest runs its client self-service through the Discovery app and discovery.co.za. Tax certificates, investment statements and action items come through the Ask Discovery chatbot, which sits on discovery.co.za and in the Discovery app, and the documents themselves live in the Secure document vault once you have logged in. That route is available 24/7, so a statement or tax certificate does not need a phone call.

The same app and website are where you update your contact details, or you can use a “Request to change details” form from your financial adviser. Discovery Invest sends email and SMS alerts for policy anniversaries, maturities and fund changes, which is why keeping those details current matters. Documents that contain personal information are encrypted and open with your identity number or date of birth, so wrong details on record can lock you out of your own documents. Discovery Invest may also restrict transactions on policies where its anti-money laundering verification is incomplete.

Discovery Invest’s range covers retirement savings plans such as retirement annuities, retirement income plans and fixed annuities, flexible investment plans, endowments, guaranteed return plans and unit trust funds.
