Support and escalation routes
A complaint that MBet does not resolve goes to the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board, because that board issued the licence the site trades under; a Marshalls World of Sport betting shop matter goes instead to the board named on that shop licence. Separately, the toll-free number 0800 006 008 and the WhatsApp line 076 675 0710 that appear in the site footer belong to the South African Responsible Gambling Foundation counselling service, not to MBet, and are not a route for an account or payout query.
