Barron Contact Details
Barron’s head office in Westlake, Johannesburg answers on 011 457 8700, and its client service email is clientservice@barron.com. Barron is the South African corporate clothing and branded merchandise supplier, and it sells to the trade only, so members of the public buy its products through resellers. We read barron.com on 16 September 2026; the older barron.co.za address did not load that day.
ContactDetails.co.za is an independent directory and has no link to Barron. We cannot quote, place orders or open a reseller account.

What this organisation provides
Barron Trading (Pty) Ltd supplies apparel, workwear, chef wear, headwear, bags, gifting, display items and sublimation products, together with branding. Its FAQ lists embroidery, screen printing, digital printing, pad printing, debossing, laser engraving, sublimation and heat transfer as branding methods.
Barron’s FAQ says it is strictly trade-only and works through resellers and distributors. A business registers online, is approved, and then gets the full catalogue, branding services and marketing material. Pricing depends on the product, branding method, quantity and delivery, and minimum order quantities vary, with apparel usually needing a minimum order. Branded orders normally take 5 to 7 working days, express service costs extra, and delivery is nationwide by courier. Artwork should be supplied in high-resolution vector format.
The terms set tight reporting windows. Missing or damaged deliveries must be reported within 24 hours, shortages and rejected prints within 48 hours, and a reject allowance of up to 2% applies on orders above 50 units. Defective products can be returned within six months, with Barron arranging collection. Change-of-mind returns must be logged within 10 business days of the invoice date, unused and in original packaging, and may carry a handling fee of up to 10% plus collection costs. Items customised or altered at the customer’s request cannot be returned.
