Barron Clothing Contact Details
Barron clothing is made and supplied by Barron Trading (Pty) Ltd, a corporate clothing and promotional products company that sells to the trade only. Its client service line is 011 457 8700 and its email is clientservice@barron.com. Barron’s website is now barron.com; the older barron.co.za address did not load when we checked barron.com on 16 September 2026.

Barron does not sell directly to members of the public. If you want a few branded shirts for yourself or a small team, you buy Barron garments through a reseller or branding company, and that reseller handles your order, your logo and any delivery problem.
What this organisation provides
Barron supplies blank corporate clothing, workwear and promotional items to businesses that brand and resell them. A company ordering uniforms usually deals with a local branding or promotional products business, which orders the garments from Barron and then embroiders or prints them.
That split explains most “Barron clothing” queries. Stock, garment ranges and trade pricing are Barron questions for a registered trade customer. Branding quality, delivery dates and refunds on a finished order are questions for whoever sold you the branded item.
A lookalike to be aware of: barronclothing.co.za is not Barron’s own site. It is run by a reseller and carried placeholder text when we checked. It may sell Barron products, but it cannot act for Barron itself.

Barron’s head office is at the corner of Peace and School Streets, Westlake, Thornhill Estate, Johannesburg 1609, as given on its website and its access to information manual. Barron does not publish trading hours on its contact page, so phone before visiting.
Support and escalation routes
- If you bought branded items from a reseller, raise the problem with that reseller first, with your invoice and order number.
- If you are a Barron trade customer, contact client service on 011 457 8700 or clientservice@barron.com and ask for a reference.
- If a consumer complaint about goods or service is not resolved by the business that sold them to you, the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud takes complaints on 0860 000 272 or info@cgso.org.za.
Employers take note: where protective clothing is required for a job, the employer must provide it and may not charge the employee for it. That duty applies whether the garments come from Barron or anyone else.
