Bash Contact Details

Verified 26 September 2026Official source onlyIndependent directoryPublished by Silas T Nkoana, Cape TownReport a wrong number

Bash does not publish a customer service phone number for online orders. Bash’s help centre says to contact Bash Support by live chat, using the “Help” widget at the bottom right of bash.com or the Bash app, or by email at support@bash.com. Support is open Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm, and Saturdays and public holidays 8am to 3pm. The number often quoted for Bash, 0860 834 834, is TFG Customer Services, which handles TFG Money store accounts, not Bash orders. Every detail below was read from Bash’s help centre on help.bash.com and TFG Limited’s contact page on 14 and 25 September 2026.

Is there a Bash contact number or call centre?

Bash’s “Contact Bash Support” page lists only live chat and email, with no telephone line. Its help articles send you to the chat for order problems: open the Help widget and pick the topic, such as “Order queries” for a missing item or “Returns” to book a courier collection. Bash notes that live chat and email are only answered during business hours, and that responses can be slower in the festive season. If your question is about a TFG Money account, which you can use to pay on Bash, Bash itself says to contact TFG Money Customer Services instead: WhatsApp self-service on 0860 834 834 or customerservices@tfg.co.za.

Bash helpline, complaints and regional numbers

Bash does not publish a helpline, client care, complaints or emergency number, and it has no separate Johannesburg, Cape Town or Western Cape number. Enquiries and complaints about Bash orders go to live chat (the Help widget) or support@bash.com, Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturdays and public holidays 8am to 3pm. TFG Customer Services on 0860 834 834 is for TFG Money accounts only.

Bash login and registration

To log in or sign up, click “Login and Register” on bash.com or the Bash app. To create a profile, select “Register” and follow the steps; the email address you register with becomes your username on the Bash website and app. Existing TFG login details also work on Bash.

  • Forgot your password: click “Forgot password?” on the login screen and enter the email address or mobile number you log in with. Bash sends an OTP and reset instructions.
  • Login error: check capitalisation, and if you tried your email address, try your mobile number instead (or the other way round). If you still cannot log in, contact Bash Support on live chat or support@bash.com.
  • Changed your email or number: if you no longer have the phone number or email you registered with, register a new profile. To reach the old profile’s order history, contact Bash Customer Support; the agent will ask questions to confirm the profile is yours.

Bash online account application

A Bash credit account is a TFG Money account. Apply online at tfg.co.za, on WhatsApp 060 944 4884 or at any TFG store. You need a valid South African ID or passport, must be 18 or older, and may need 3 months’ proof of income.

Can you change your number on Bash for a placed order?

No. Bash says you cannot change personal details, including your phone number, once an order has been placed. Once an order is placed and paid you cannot edit its items, payment method or personal details either. Make sure the details saved on your Bash profile are correct before your next order. For a small delivery address mistake, such as a wrong house number on the same street, get in touch with Bash Support and it will try to help once the order is with the courier, but a change to a different suburb or city is not possible.

Bash payment methods

Bash accepts a TFG Money account, Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, EFT via Stitch, Capitec Pay via Stitch, buy now pay later through Payflex and PayJustNow, an RCS card via PayU, and the Bash Gift Card (TFG eGift Card).

How to use the instalment option on the Bash app

At checkout, choose “Buy now, pay later” on BashPay. Payflex offers Pay-in-3 or Pay-in-4 for amounts over R10 and under R50,000. PayJustNow offers Pay in 3 without interest, or Pay in 12 with interest. You can create the Payflex or PayJustNow account during checkout. A TFG Money account is set to a 12-month plan by default; to change it to 6, 18 or 24 months, contact TFG Money Customer Services (minimum spend R1,500 for 18 months and R2,500 for 24 months).

Where is the Bash store located?

Bash is online only and has no shops of its own. To see which physical TFG stores near you have an item, click “Check in-store availability” on the product page and allow location access or enter an address. The TFG stores under the Bash umbrella include @home, American Swiss, Archive, Beautybox, Coricraft, Dial-a-bed, Exact, Fabiani, Foschini, Granny Goose, G-Star Raw, Hi, Jet, Markham, Mojo Beds, TheFIX, Relay Jeans, RFO, Sneaker Factory, Sportscene, Sterns, Totalsports and Volpes.

Bash phones and cellphones

Cellphones sold on Bash are ordinary product listings, supported through Bash Support like any other order. The related mobile service is TFG Connect, a mobile virtual network service operated by TFG Services that sells airtime and data products.

Tracking a Bash order

Track deliveries in your Bash profile under Orders. Bash sends an SMS when your order is handed to its couriers and another when it is on the way. Because Bash sources items from different TFG stores and warehouses, one order can arrive in several parcels on different days, so check each shipment’s status before reporting something missing; if every item shows as delivered and one is not there, chat to support under “Order queries”. Deliveries are made by Bash Delivery, whose drivers wear Bash-branded gear, or by RAM, M24 and City Logistics, which send their own updates once they have your parcel.

Bash delivery times and costs

  • Delivery fee: free on orders over R650; R60 on orders under R650.
  • Delivery times: 2 to 4 working days in urban areas, up to 7 working days in regional areas, and longer in remote areas.
  • Delivery hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Furniture: 5 to 10 working days after an agent confirms a date, R750 within 150 km of the warehouse and R1,500 beyond that.
  • Collect in store: from over 1,300 TFG stores, free on orders over R650 or R25 below that. Bash sends a collection OTP for each package once it reaches your pickup point.

Cancelling an order

Bash says it cannot cancel an order once it has been placed and paid for. If you no longer want it, refuse the delivery or return the item online or at a TFG store. If Bash cancelled your order because it did not meet its security verification checks, no refund is processed and your profile is blocked until the fraud team reviews an appeal. The dispute form on help.bash.com asks for proof of address, proof of payment and proof that the bank account is yours; Bash says it acknowledges appeals within 24 hours and usually decides within 7 business days.

Bash returns

You have 30 days from delivery or collection to return unused items in their original packaging with the price tag attached. Goods from a TFG brand can go back to any store of that brand, for example Totalsports goods to any Totalsports store, with your digital invoice from the Bash app or email, or the delivery note. For a courier return, chat to Bash and choose “Returns”; Bash arranges a free collection within 3 to 5 working days, excluding American Swiss and Sterns goods. Items “sold by Bash” or “sold by Galaxy” can only be returned by courier. For hygiene reasons Bash does not accept returns of underwear, swimwear, socks, cosmetics, toiletries and piercing jewellery, among others. A faulty, damaged or wrong item can be taken to a store for an exchange or refund where it qualifies, or collected by courier.

Bash refunds

Refunds go back to the payment method you used and cannot be redirected. Bash’s help centre gives these times, counted from when it processes the refund and emails you: an eGift card up to 2 business days; a TFG Money account up to 3 business days; and a credit or debit card, EFT, RCS, MoreTyme or Payflex up to 7 business days. Store returns get an immediate refund or exchange. For courier returns, Bash inspects the items at its warehouse before processing the refund. If the money has not arrived by the date in your refund email, Bash says to contact your payment provider. Tax invoices can be downloaded under Orders in your profile, one per delivery, and a credit note is emailed once a refund is processed.

About Bash

Bash is the online shopping platform of The Foschini Group (TFG), selling brands such as Foschini, Markham, Sportscene, Totalsports, @home, American Swiss and Sterns from one basket. Its help centre is copyrighted to Foschini Retail Group (Pty) Ltd, a registered credit provider, NCRCP36. TFG’s head office is the Stanley Lewis Centre, 340 Voortrekker Road, Parow East, Cape Town, but its switchboard is not a Bash support line, so start with live chat or support@bash.com.
