Sportscene trading hours
Hours are set per store, so there is no single set of times for the brand; many listings carry no hours at all.
Sportscene operating hours on Sunday
Most stores trade on Sunday, but the hours differ. For example, Newcastle CBD opens Saturday 08:00 to 16:00 and Sunday 09:00 to 14:00; East Point Boksburg Saturday 09:00 to 18:00 and Sunday 09:00 to 16:00; and Filkem House Pretoria Saturday 09:00 to 19:00 and Sunday 09:00 to 17:00. Many listings carry no hours at all, so call the store before you go.
Sportscene customer service
Sportscene’s own web address, sportscene.co.za, redirects to its storefront on bash.com, TFG’s online shopping platform. Bash’s Contact Bash Support article gives two channels for online orders and general questions:
- Live chat: open the “Help” widget at the bottom right of bash.com or the Bash app.
- Email: support@bash.com
- Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00; Saturday 08:00 to 15:00; public holidays 08:00 to 15:00.
Sportscene official website
The official Sportscene website is bash.com/sportscene. Typing sportscene.co.za sends you there automatically. For help with an online order, use the Help widget on bash.com or email support@bash.com.
Bash does not publish a customer service phone number for online orders. Queries about a Sportscene store account, including an online statement check, changing the number on your account or asking for a call back, go to TFG Money Customer Services instead, because Sportscene accounts are TFG Money accounts: WhatsApp self-service on 0860 834 834, customerservices@tfg.co.za, or newaccountsqueries@tfg.co.za for new accounts, Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 21:00, Sunday 08:00 to 19:00 and public holidays 08:00 to 17:00. For something in-store, such as stock or an item on hold, call the store directly on the numbers above.
Tracking a Sportscene online order
Track deliveries in your Bash profile. Bash sends an SMS when your order is handed to the courier and another when it is on the way. Items can come from different stores and warehouses, so one order may arrive in separate parcels. Bash’s delivery estimates are 2 to 4 working days to urban areas and up to 7 working days to regional areas, and may be longer over holidays and peak seasons.
Returns to Sportscene
Bash allows 30 days from delivery or collection to return goods, unused, in the original packaging and with the price tag attached; refunds go back the way you paid, less any delivery charge. Items bought from a TFG store can be returned to any store of that brand. For example, Sportscene goods go back to a Sportscene store; take the digital invoice from the Bash app or email, or the delivery note. For a courier return, choose “Returns” in the Help widget, and Bash arranges free collection within 3 to 5 working days. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, socks and similar items cannot be returned, and gift cards and personalised goods are not refundable.
Sportscene stores nationally
TFG’s store finder lists 409 active Sportscene stores. Gauteng has the most (98), followed by Limpopo (52), the Western Cape (51), KwaZulu-Natal (47), the Eastern Cape and Mpumalanga (45 each), North West (23), the Free State (19) and the Northern Cape (11), plus stores in Namibia, Botswana, Eswatini and Lesotho. Each listing gives the store’s own phone number and its click-and-collect instructions.
