Sportscene customer service

Sportscene’s own web address, sportscene.co.za, redirects to its storefront on bash.com, TFG’s online shopping platform. Bash’s Contact Bash Support article gives two channels for online orders and general questions:

• Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 to 18:00; Saturday 08:00 to 15:00; public holidays 08:00 to 15:00.

Bash does not publish a customer service phone number for online orders. Queries about a TFG Money account (the store account) go to TFG Money Customer Services instead: WhatsApp self-service on 0860 834 834, customerservices@tfg.co.za, or newaccountsqueries@tfg.co.za for new accounts, Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 21:00, Sunday 08:00 to 19:00 and public holidays 08:00 to 17:00. For something in-store, such as stock or an item on hold, call the store directly on the numbers above.

Tracking a Sportscene online order

Track deliveries in your Bash profile. Bash sends an SMS when your order is handed to the courier and another when it is on the way. Items can come from different stores and warehouses, so one order may arrive in separate parcels. Bash’s delivery estimates are 2 to 4 working days to urban areas and up to 7 working days to regional areas, and may be longer over holidays and peak seasons.

Returns to Sportscene

Bash allows 30 days from delivery or collection to return goods, unused, in the original packaging and with the price tag attached; refunds go back the way you paid, less any delivery charge. Items bought from a TFG store can be returned to any store of that brand. For example, Sportscene goods go back to a Sportscene store; take the digital invoice from the Bash app or email, or the delivery note. For a courier return, choose “Returns” in the Help widget, and Bash arranges free collection within 3 to 5 working days. For hygiene reasons, underwear, swimwear, socks and similar items cannot be returned, and gift cards and personalised goods are not refundable.
