Sneaker Factory Contact Details
Sneaker Factory has no contact number of its own: for online orders, the contact number is Bash customer support on 0860 834 834, and the email address is support@bash.com. Sneaker Factory is a TFG (The Foschini Group) brand and its online store runs on bash.com, TFG’s shopping platform. Bash lists 0860 834 834 as its customer support telephone in its website data, and TFG Limited’s contact page gives the same number for TFG Customer Services; Bash’s own help page points shoppers to live chat and support@bash.com, so use the chat or email first for an order query.
This page covers how to contact Sneaker Factory in South Africa and where its stores are. The details were taken from TFG’s own sources, the TFG brands page and the bash.com store finder, rather than from any third-party directory, on 26 September 2026, and the Bash help centre and store list were read again on 4 October 2026. ContactDetails.co.za is an independent directory. We are not Sneaker Factory and cannot act on your behalf. Everything on this page is a routing aid so you reach the right official channel quickly.

TFG does not publish individual phone numbers for Sneaker Factory stores. For a store query, visit the store or call Bash support on 0860 834 834. Bash says response times can be longer over the festive season, and that TFG Money account queries go to TFG Money Customer Services rather than Bash Support.
Sneaker Factory official website
The Sneaker Factory website is now its storefront on Bash, at bash.com/sneaker-factory. The old sneakerfactory.co.za address shows a hosting “Account Suspended” page, so do not rely on it or on any other site using the name. Store addresses and trading hours are on the Bash store finder at bash.com/store-finder.
Is Sneaker Factory part of TFG?
Yes. TFG lists Sneaker Factory among its Sport and Lifestyle brands, describing it as a value brand offering international brands and locally made product, in its TFG Africa business segment. Sneaker Factory’s online store is a storefront on bash.com. TFG’s help centre also names Sneaker Factory among the stores where you can apply for a TFG Money account.
Sneaker Factory store addresses and trading hours
These addresses and hours come from the click-and-collect store list behind the bash.com store finder. Where a store shows no hours, TFG does not list them. Public holiday hours, including Christmas Day, are not published, so check with the store.

Chris Hani Mall, Riverwalk, Phumulani Mall, Polokwane and Edendale
These malls and towns do not appear among the Sneaker Factory stores we found in TFG’s store list, and TFG publishes no store phone numbers. Around Pietermaritzburg, the listed stores are in Church Street and Midlands Mall rather than Edendale. Use the bash.com store finder to find the nearest store, or call Bash support on 0860 834 834.
Self-service options before you call
- Shop and track online orders through the Sneaker Factory storefront at bash.com/sneaker-factory.
- Find store addresses and trading hours on the bash.com store finder at bash.com/store-finder.
- Use the Help widget on bash.com for live chat during Bash support hours, or email support@bash.com so that you have a written record.
What to have ready before you call
- A clear one line summary of what you need resolved.
- Your account, order or reference number if you already have one.
- The identity document or account holder details, since most South African providers verify who you are before discussing an account.
- Dates, amounts and any error message exactly as it appeared.
- A pen and paper for the reference number. Ask for one every time, because without it a follow up call starts from nothing.
Buying sneakers online in South Africa
Counterfeit sneakers are widely sold in South Africa, and the giveaway is a price far below market together with a seller who cannot produce an invoice. Buying from an authorised retailer is the only reliable protection, and a fake bought knowingly has no warranty and no return route. Where a store is a franchise, the store holds your purchase and the brand handles online orders.
- You have a seven day cooling-off right on most online purchases. Under the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act you may cancel a distance sale within seven days of delivery, without reason, and receive a refund.
- The seller must publish its details. A legitimate online seller must give its registered name, physical address and contact details on the site. A store that hides them is a store to avoid.
- Pay by card, not by EFT. A card payment can be disputed through your bank; an EFT to a stranger generally cannot.
- Screenshot the listing, the price and the delivery promise at the time of purchase. Listings change.
- Goods must be delivered by the agreed date, and if no date was agreed, within a reasonable time. Late delivery entitles you to cancel and be refunded.
If the seller cannot be identified at all, that is a police matter rather than a consumer one.
Complaints and escalation
If a first call does not resolve the matter, escalate through the business’s own complaints process first, in writing and with the till slip and a reference number. For online orders, write to support@bash.com.
Keep a short written log of each contact: the date, the channel you used, the name of the agent and the reference number. Most consumer complaint processes ask for exactly that history, and having it ready is usually the difference between a fast resolution and starting over. If you need to take it further, see our complaints and escalation contact pages; other store brands are on our retail contact pages.
Avoiding fake Sneaker Factory contact numbers
Contact details for well known South African brands are a common target for impersonation. Numbers that look official appear in search ads, social media replies and cloned websites, and the person answering is not Sneaker Factory.
- Reach Sneaker Factory through its official storefront at bash.com/sneaker-factory rather than through a number in a search advert or a social media reply. The old sneakerfactory.co.za domain is suspended.
- Sneaker Factory will never ask you for your full card number, PIN, CVV, online banking password or a one time PIN. Nobody legitimate needs those to help you.
- Treat any caller who creates urgency, asks you to install remote access software, or asks you to move money to a safe account as fraudulent, and end the call.
- If you are unsure whether a call was genuine, hang up and dial 0860 834 834 yourself rather than calling back a number the caller gave you.
Frequently asked questions
What is the Sneaker Factory contact number?
For online orders, call Bash customer support on 0860 834 834 or email support@bash.com. TFG does not publish phone numbers for individual Sneaker Factory stores.
What is the Sneaker Factory email address?
Sneaker Factory has no mailbox of its own. Online order queries go to Bash at support@bash.com.
Is sneakerfactory.co.za the official website?
Not any more. The domain now shows a hosting “Account Suspended” page. Use bash.com/sneaker-factory for the online store.
Is Sneaker Factory part of TFG?
Yes. Sneaker Factory is one of TFG’s Sport and Lifestyle brands, and it sells online through bash.com.
What are Sneaker Factory’s trading hours?
Hours differ by store. Mall stores such as Blue Route, N1 City and Table Bay trade Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 19:00 and Sunday 09:00 to 17:00, while Siyabuswa Mall trades Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00, Saturday 08:00 to 15:00 and Sunday 09:00 to 13:00. See the store tables above.
What is the Sneaker Factory Shallcross or Vangate number?
Neither store has a published number. The Shallcross store is at Shop 20-21, 90 Shallcross Road, Chatsworth, and the Vangate store is at Shop 50-60, Vangate Mall, Athlone; for anything else use Bash support on 0860 834 834.
What should I do if nobody resolves my query?
Ask for the complaint reference and the escalation path on your first call, then follow the escalation route described above. Keep the dates, agent names and reference numbers, because every formal complaint process will ask for them.
Can ContactDetails.co.za resolve this for me?
No. We are an independent directory, not Sneaker Factory, and we have no access to your account. Everything here is a routing aid so that you reach the correct official channel with the right information in hand.
