Club Med South Africa runs two different numbers depending on who is calling: one for holidaymakers booking directly and one for travel agents. It also has a walk-in travel agency in Fourways whose opening hours are shorter than its phone hours.

Club Med sells all-inclusive resort holidays, and its South African advisors help with choosing a resort, booking and managing an existing reservation. The travel agent number reaches the indirect team, which supports agencies selling Club Med rather than members of the public, so calling it as a holidaymaker will mean being transferred.

Address and operating information

Telephone advisors are available Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 and Saturday from 09:00 to 17:00, and are closed on Sunday. The Travel Agency by Club Med is at the corner of William Nicol Drive and Leslie Avenue, Fourways, Sandton, and is open for walk-ins Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00 only. Club Med states that the agency is closed for walk-ins on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, and asks that you use the telephone numbers during those times, so do not travel to Fourways on a Saturday expecting a counter.

Support and escalation routes

Raise a booking problem with the advisor line first and keep the booking reference. A holiday booking is a consumer agreement, so an unresolved dispute over cancellation terms, a refund or services not delivered can be taken to the National Consumer Commission. Where the booking was made through an independent travel agent rather than directly with Club Med, that agent is your counterparty and the complaint starts with them. Note that the website contact form displays a placeholder email address as an example, which is not a working Club Med address.
