Flexi Club says it now works mostly remotely, so there is no walk-in office to visit without an appointment. The booking mailboxes are on the holidaygateway.co.za domain.
Flexi Club member login and online bookings
To use Flexi Club online bookings, register on the website first; the Register and Book Now buttons are at the top of every page. Flexi Club lists what the member area lets you do:
- Book and update your holiday
- Pay online
- Edit and print guest certificates
- Access your account and view your Points
If you cannot log in or register, call local reservations on 031 717 7591. The site also links the membership application, points chart, club scheme rules, constitution and latest AGM report.
How a Flexi Club holiday booking works
- Pay your Annual Levy. It goes into your Levy Account and is available straight away.
- Book online or call your Guest Experience Coordinator. The Accommodation Levy for that holiday is deducted from your Levy Account when you reserve.
- Print your Guest Certificate online, or check that the guest name and details are correct on one sent by a coordinator.
- Go on holiday.
If the Accommodation Levy is more than the credit in your Levy Account, the difference must be paid within 48 hours of booking. Flexi Club’s booking options include Bonus Breaks, cash bookings that use no Points, and last-minute Impulse Bookings at 50% off Points for stays within 28 days. It also offers cruise deals, wellness spa packages and international holidays.
Flexi Club Points and annual contributions
Once bought, your Points are reissued each year and, according to the club, increase with inflation annually. Usage Points issued when you first buy Points are also reissued yearly. Unused Points carry forward for up to 3 years (the current year plus 2), and you can borrow from next year or buy extra Points. Each January members pay three amounts: a Club Subscription (the same for all members, also due on joining); a Refurbishment Reserve, based on an agreed percentage of your Points value, which maintains the club’s accommodation; and an Annual Levy, also based on your Points value, which covers resort levies. Unused Levy credit is kept for up to 3 years. Credit from the first year expires after the third, and the club says it notifies members in advance.
Flexi Club cruise bookings
Flexi Club’s Cruise page advertises member rates on the MSC Armonia, which it says arrives in South Africa from 27 November 2026 for its first local season, with limited cabins. Cruise bookings go through the international reservations line, 031 717 7592.
International holidays and the Flexi Club travel desk
International destinations are booked through the club’s exchange agreement with RCI. Flexi Club’s International page lists RCI resorts in countries such as Australia, Spain, Italy, the United States, the United Kingdom, Namibia and Indonesia. Call 031 717 7592 or email internationalres@holidaygateway.co.za to book one. The club also runs a travel desk for travel packages, car hire and flights, on 031 717 7559. Its Benefits page says you can rely on the Travel Desk for all your travel arrangements and package excursions.
