What this organisation provides
Masterparts is a South African automotive spares supplier founded in August 1975. It was set up to supply auto shops and the public with engine parts, and has since added suspension, steering and braking components, radiators, wheel bearings, clutch kits and electronic parts. It says it now stocks more than 60,000 items for over 4,500 vehicle models. The Pinetown branch page notes that Masterparts does not stock body parts or lights, and offers free delivery to business addresses in and around Pinetown. The online shop is open only to registered account holders, not to the public.

The head office and distribution centre of Masterparts (Pty) Ltd is at 26 Christian Avenue, Epping, Cape Town 7460, open Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. The postal address is P.O. Box 46816, Glosderry 7702. The company says it employs more than 600 people across 16 branches.
Masterparts Pinetown is at 114 Old Main Road (Josiah Gumede), Pinetown 3610, across the road from Barloworld Armstrong and the Audi dealership, with customer parking. It trades Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 17:00, and Saturday, 08:00 to 12:30. The Modderfontein distribution centre in Longlake (010 630 0757) has no sales counter, so do not go there to buy parts. In Namibia, Windhoek North is on +264 61 436 5757. The contact page lists Windhoek South on +264 61 433 5757, but the site footer shows 436 5757 for both Windhoek branches.
Support and escalation routes
- Take a wrong or faulty part back to the branch that sold it, with your invoice and the vehicle details you gave when ordering.
