Buying from Matus
- Matus is a wholesale distributor, not a retailer. The online store is for members, and pricing and terms follow a trade account
- Becoming a Matus Member is the route to account pricing. The application runs through the website
- It carries more than 220 brands and delivers nationally, so a branch that does not hold an item can usually source it
- Warranty and repair work, returns and credit requests each have their own published policy and their own form. Use the form rather than the general mailbox, or the claim goes to the back of a queue
If something goes wrong
- For a fault on a tool still in warranty, start with the Warranty and Repairs route on the site and quote the invoice number
- For a wrong or short delivery, the Returns and Credit Request form is the channel that creates a reference. A phone call does not
