MRP Contact Details

Mr Price Sport’s divisional contact number is 031 310 8545. Individual stores, including the Galleria branch, do not have published telephone numbers. Mr Price Group’s head office is 031 310 8000, at the Upper Level, Durban Station Complex, 65 Masabalala Yengwa Avenue, Stamford Hill, Durban, 4001. We read this on mrpricegroup.com on 24 September 2026.

Numbers by division

Mr Price Group runs several retail brands, and each has its own divisional number. Using the right one saves a transfer.

Division	Telephone
Corporate head office	031 310 8000
Mr Price	031 310 8000
Mr Price Home	031 310 8000
Mr Price Sport	031 310 8545
Mr Price Money	0861 066 639
Sheet Street	031 310 8300
Miladys	031 310 5500
Power Fashion	031 310 5500
Studio 88	010 006 0888
Mr Price Foundation	010 006 0888
Group email	customercare@mrpricegroup.com
FairCall whistleblowing, toll-free	0800 006 465

Note that Mr Price Sport is the only clothing division with its own direct number. Mr Price and Mr Price Home both share the main head office line, so 031 310 8545 genuinely gets you to a different desk.

Miladys and Power Fashion also share a number, and Studio 88 shares one with the Mr Price Foundation, so say which brand you are calling about.

Why the Galleria store has no number

This is not an omission specific to Galleria. Mr Price publishes no telephone numbers for any of its individual stores.

The group’s contact page lists divisions, not branches. Mr Price runs a store locator on mrp.com, but it gives locations rather than a directory of store phone numbers, and when we checked it the page did not render its results at all.

So if you want to know whether the Galleria store has an item in stock, 031 310 8545 is the number to call, and ask them to check that branch. There is no shortcut directly to the shop floor.

Be wary of a “Mr Price Galleria” number found on a third-party directory. Since the company publishes none, there is nothing to check such a number against.

Choosing the right department

The group’s contact form routes on a department, and the five options tell you how queries are sorted:

• Store Query, which is the one for a question about a specific branch such as Galleria
• Online Query, for anything about a web order
• Account Query, for a Mr Price account
• Complaint
• Feedback

Name the store in the message itself. The form has no field for which branch you mean, so if you do not say, a Store Query cannot be routed.

For an account matter, Mr Price Money on 0861 066 639 is the direct route rather than the form. Accounts are a separate business from the stores.

Reporting dishonesty

Mr Price Group publishes a whistleblowing line called FairCall on 0800 006 465, and it is toll-free.

FairCall is an independently operated hotline rather than an internal department, which is the point of it: a report does not land with the people it concerns. Use it for dishonesty or misconduct, not for a faulty product or a refund dispute, which belong with the store or the Complaint route.

Two numbers on their page are malformed

Worth knowing if you are reading the group contact page yourself.

Yuppiechef, which the group also owns, is listed with two numbers. The second, 021 702 4969, is a normal ten-digit Cape Town number and is the one to use. The first is printed with an extra digit and is a digit too long for a South African number.

NKD, the group’s German division, is listed with a country code followed by a leading zero. The zero is a national trunk prefix that is dropped when dialling internationally, so as printed that number will not connect from South Africa either.

Neither affects a Mr Price Sport query. Both are a reminder to confirm a number before relying on it.

Which brands are in the group

Knowing this helps if you are not sure which number applies. Mr Price Group’s divisions are Mr Price, Mr Price Home, Mr Price Sport, Mr Price Money, Miladys, Sheet Street, Power Fashion, Yuppiechef, Studio 88 and NKD.

If your query is about a brand not on that list, it is not a Mr Price Group matter and these numbers will not help.
