Carnival sits on pnal.co.za, one of the larger franchise groups. Some stores use domains that carry no PNA branding at all, because they are the franchisee company’s own domain.
So the test is not whether the domain says PNA. The test is whether the address appears on PNA’s own store locator. Take the address from pna.co.za rather than from a search result, and you are on solid ground.
What the store can and cannot do
The franchise structure has a practical consequence that catches people out.
