PSG Insure is the short-term insurance arm of PSG Financial Services. It is run as a broker network: cover is arranged through a PSG Insure adviser rather than over a single call centre, so most policy and claim work starts with the adviser whose name appears on your schedule. Claims and policy changes

For a claim, a policy amendment or a renewal question, contact the PSG Insure adviser named on your policy schedule first. That adviser holds the mandate on your policy and can lodge the claim with the underwriter. If you cannot reach them, or you do not know who your adviser is, use the PSG Insure number above and give your policy number.

Getting a quote

New cover is quoted through an adviser rather than online at a fixed price. PSG publishes a Find an Adviser directory and a quote request form on psg.co.za covering motor, home and contents, liability and accident cover, and commercial property and assets.
