Official contact channels
Teneo handles enquiries through a routing form rather than a switchboard. Here is how it works:
- Open teneoschool.co.za/contact-us.
- Answer the first question: whether you have a learner currently enrolled at Teneo.
- The form then sends you to the support channel that fits your answer.
Be careful with phone numbers for Teneo that you find on third-party directories. None is published on the school’s own site.
Admissions and student support
When the site was read, its banner said 2026 admissions were still open, with fees from R3000 per month. New families enrol online at teneoschool.co.za/register.
Teneo’s terms say Grade 12 learners write the National Senior Certificate through the IEB or SACAI, and those exam-body fees must be paid to Teneo by 31 March.
Campus/address information
Teneo is an online school and does not publish a physical campus address on its website.
Escalation routes
Teneo does not list a separate complaints or escalation contact. Current parents should choose the enrolled-learner option on the contact form. The operator is Teneo Education (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2017/057323/07. More schools are in our education directory.
