The court serving Springs hears matters at two venues, its own building on the R555 and a second venue at Kwa-Thema, so the town name alone does not tell you where to go.

Kwa-Thema is recorded as a place of sitting rather than a separate court, so it has no number of its own and is reached through the Springs court. One number covers both venues.

Office and address information

The main building is on Welgedacht Road, the R555, at Springs. The Kwa-Thema venue is in the township south west of the town centre. The department publishes no separate street address for the sitting venue.

Applications and escalation

If a summons names Kwa-Thema, that is the Springs court sitting there rather than a different court. Check the summons rather than assuming the R555 address, since the two venues are several kilometres apart.
