The enquiry type is the whole trick

Dis-Chem’s contact form has four enquiry types: Complaint, Compliment, General Enquiry and Dis-Chem Foundation.

Dis-Chem’s Foundation link redirects to a page titled “Dis-Chem Foundation: Maintenance”. There is no Foundation content on the site at present, and therefore no published mission statement, programme list or direct contact block.

The link is still in the site footer under About, alongside Investor Relations and About Dis-Chem, so the Foundation has not been removed. The page is simply down.

Dis-Chem operates 330 stores, including branches outside South Africa such as Airport Junction in Gaborone, so a store-specific matter is usually better taken to the branch directly.
