Jacaranda or Jakaranda?
Most people type “dischem jacaranda”. Dis-Chem spells the store Jakaranda Centre, while the mall’s own address uses Jacaranda Shopping Centre. Both names refer to this lower-level shop, so the number to call is the same.
Clinic and Baby Wellness at Jakaranda
The clinic and the Baby Wellness Clinic both see patients 09:00 to 17:30 during the week. Saturdays differ: the clinic is listed as every second Saturday, 09:00 to 16:00, while Baby Wellness opens on the first and last Saturday, also 09:00 to 16:00. Neither opens on Sunday, and on public holidays both show 09:00 to 14:00. Click & Collect is available.
The dispensary WhatsApp and email routes
The dispensary at this branch has its own two routes: WhatsApp on 072 079 8544 and email to jakarandadispensary@dischem.co.za. Use them for prescription and dispensary questions rather than the store’s main line. For national matters such as loyalty, online orders or a complaint, the Careline is 0860 347 243, and national contact routes are on our Dis-Chem contact details page.
