A note on that mailbox: the provincial facility record prints it with the domain spelled westercape.gov.za, missing the letter n. That is a typo on the government page. The correct provincial domain is westerncape.gov.za, and a message to the misspelled version will bounce.

The switchboard is not the right number for everything

Dental services are a separate facility on a separate number entirely — the Tygerberg Oral Health Centre and the Tygerberg Community Dental Clinic, both on Francie van Zijl Drive, are not reachable through the hospital switchboard. Getting seen at all
