Escalation route
Old Mutual Insure sets out an internal complaints path. Raise the complaint first with the call centre or branch. If it is not resolved, take it to your Relationship Manager, and after that to the Complaints Management team. Direct customers can call 0860 22 55 63, and brokers and advisers use 0860 63 73 73.
