Before calling, Old Mutual suggests self-service: log in to its secure site or the Old Mutual App to apply for products, make withdrawals, submit claims, upload or download documents such as tax certificates, update personal details and beneficiaries, and manage payments. Greenlight is Old Mutual’s life, disability and funeral cover range. Old Mutual’s Greenlight death and funeral claim form, published on oldmutual.co.za, says to call 0860 10 2274, or +27 21 503 1802 from outside South Africa, for all claims questions, weekdays between 08:00 and 18:00, and to email service@oldmutual.com. The same form gives fax 021 509 2579 for submitting claim documents. Old Mutual’s main Contact Us page does not list a separate Greenlight line, so for anything other than a claim, such as changing cover, beneficiaries or premiums on a Greenlight policy, use the Service Centre on 0860 933 333, the Old Mutual App or your Old Mutual adviser.

Old Mutual’s Branch Locator lists Old Mutual Silverton as an Old Mutual Finance branch at Shop 29A, Silver Mall, Pretoria Road, Silverton, Pretoria, 0184. Opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 08:00 to 17:00, Wednesday 09:00 to 17:00 and Saturday 08:00 to 13:00, closed on Sundays. Old Mutual Town Centre, Mitchells Plain
