Most of the cookware, including the 20L and 25L Jumbo Pots, the 9pc Waterless Cookware Set, pressure cookers and cast iron pots, is sold through an Enquire Now button rather than at a listed price. You complete a form and a dedicated Le Morgan consultant follows up. A few items show a price online, for example the 30cm Diamond Frying Pan at R2,499.

This looks wrong at a glance and is not.
Le Morgan is in Randburg and everything else it publishes sits on 010, a Johannesburg and voice over internet prefix. The WhatsApp line is 021 137 6582, and 021 is the Cape Town code.
It is the number the company publishes under “WhatsApp Us” on its own contact page, so use it as printed. Numbers in that range are routed over the internet rather than tied to an exchange, so the geography of the prefix tells you nothing about where the phone is.

The store numbers differ by one digit
This is the thing most likely to waste your time, so it is worth a moment.
Five of the stores sit on 010 026 026 followed by a single different digit: 0 for Brakpan, 2 for Alberton, 4 for Soweto, 6 for Southgate and 8 for The Glen. The other two are 010 026 3061 and 010 026 3063.
So one wrong digit reaches a different branch, in a different suburb, not a dead line. If the person answering does not recognise the stock you are asking about, check the last digit before assuming the item is out of stock.
Say which centre you are calling when the phone is answered. That single sentence will catch a misdial immediately.

Under the layby terms, delivery follows consecutive successful monthly debit order payments. If you cancel after paying less than R1,000 you are refunded less a R200 handling fee. At R1,000 or more there is no refund, and you are offered products to the value paid instead.
