The head office number is for general Fair Price contact and head office queries. For something bought in a Fair Price shop, use 087 740 2101, option 1. For an online purchase, use 087 740 3247.

Fair Price publishes its head office address, but visits are by appointment and the location does not offer walk-in customer service. Phone first if you need the head office, or deal with the branch where you made an in-store purchase.

Fair Price head office number and opening hours

Fair Price head office is on 087 740 2101 and operates Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:30. The head office and in-store query lines are closed Sundays and public holidays.

The head office address is 8 Rente Street, Ormonde, Johannesburg South, 2091. Fair Price states that visits are by appointment and that the location does not offer walk-in customer service.

For an in-store purchase query, call 087 740 2101, option 1. This uses the same weekday hours as the head office.

Fair Price online contact number

For an online order or online purchase query, call 087 740 3247. Online support operates Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 and Saturday 08:00 to 11:00, and is closed Sundays and public holidays.

Fair Price writes the online number as 087 740 3247 (FAIR). The final four digits spell FAIR on a telephone keypad as a memory aid, but the number to dial is 087 740 3247.

If your purchase was made in a shop, use the in-store purchase route instead. The online number is for online purchases and will not have the record of an in-store order.

Fair Price email address and written contact options

Fair Price publishes no head office, customer service or complaints email address on its contact page or about page. Each Fair Price store and warehouse in the store locator has its own branch email instead.

Examples already listed by Fair Price include polokwanerissikbranch@fairprice.co.za for Polokwane Rissik and southgatebranch@fairprice.co.za for Southgate. The correct branch email depends on the store you need.

Fair Price also provides a contact form with options for in-store purchases, online purchases, contacting a department, locating a store, frequently asked questions, and terms and services. There is also a call-back request and a self-service Help Centre.

For a purchase made in a shop, the branch email gives you a written route tied to that store. For other matters where you want a written record, the contact form is an alternative to phoning.

Fairprice near me: finding your nearest store

Fair Price runs a store locator at fairprice.co.za/stores/. Each store entry lists a phone number, branch email, address and weekly trading hours, so use the locator when you are searching for Fairprice near me or need a specific branch.

Fair Price’s About Us page says it has a network of 100 stores, 11 warehouses and two manufacturing sites. On 26 September 2026 the store locator listed 146 entries including warehouses: Gauteng 77, Limpopo 23, North West 21, Mpumalanga 12 plus Mbombela, and Free State 12.

Store hours differ by branch. Many stores open on Sundays, usually 09:00 to 13:00, while the head office and in-store query lines are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

For a fault, delivery problem or refund on something bought in a shop, deal with the store you bought from or use option 1 on the head office number. For a lay-by query, the store is also the relevant route because Fair Price’s lay-by is an in-store arrangement.

Before you contact Fair Price

Have your invoice or order number and the date of purchase ready. Know whether you bought online or in a shop because that decides whether you need the online line or the in-store purchase route.
