How to pay your Truworths account
- Online: “Pay now” in the Truworths Account section of your online profile, or in your e-statement.
- In store: cash or card at the cash desk in any Truworths store; Truworths says selected stores are open seven days a week.
- Online banking: choose the preloaded beneficiary (Capitec “Truworths”, FNB “Truworths Electronic Payments”, Standard Bank “Truworths Retailing (Pty) Ltd”, Absa and Nedbank “Truworths Retailing”) and use your 14-digit account number as the reference.
- Debit order: apply online in your profile, in store, by email or on 021 460 2300.
- EasyPay: SMS your 14-digit account number free to 45125 for a unique reference, then pay at stores such as Shoprite, Checkers, Pick n Pay, Spar and Woolworths, or at easypay.co.za.
Truworths advises scheduling EFT or debit order payments at least 48 hours before the due date. Its EFT bank details are published on the Help page under Account payments; always use your 14-digit account number as the reference.
Truworths online orders: delivery and returns
Truworths delivers only within South Africa, to work or residential addresses, for R70 to main centres and R80 to regional and far outlying areas, or free if you collect in store. Delivery takes 5 to 7 working days and happens between 09h00 and 17h00, Monday to Friday. Store collections must be picked up within 14 days with ID and the collection SMS. You can return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase with the docket or delivery note, swing ticket attached and the item unworn; online purchases go back to your nearest Truworths store with the dispatch note. Items such as pierced jewellery, gift cards, airtime, underwear and swimwear without its protective strip cannot be returned.
Truworths layby
Truworths offers a 3-month, 0% interest layby: pay a minimum 10% deposit in store with your South African ID or passport, make at least one payment a month, and collect once paid in full. A cancellation fee applies if you cancel or the layby expires.
