There is no branch called WeBuyCars Centurion, and there is no branch telephone number anywhere in the company. Its own locator lists four Centurion sites under four other names, and every one of them routes to a single national contact centre. Read from webuycars.co.za on 6 September 2026.

The one number

That number is printed against every branch and every pod in the country. WeBuyCars publishes no per-site landline, no branch mailbox and no manager’s line, so quoting a branch name to the contact centre is how a call gets routed. There is no shortcut past it.

The four Centurion sites

Two are full branches where you can both buy and sell; two are pods, where you can only sell.

The branch-versus-pod distinction is the one that wastes people’s time. A pod is a valuation point in a shopping centre – staff will inspect your car and make an offer, but there is no stock on site, so arriving at Jean Crossing or Mall@Reds to look at cars is a wasted trip. Route 21 and Midstream are the two with vehicles.

The Sunday trap

Midstream trades on a Sunday from 10:00 to 14:00 and Route 21 does not open at all. The contact centre is closed on Sundays either way, so a Sunday visit to Midstream is an in-person-only affair – nobody will answer the phone to confirm a price, a document or whether a specific car is still there.

Three things to have ready
