• Anything that needs the contact centre, such as confirming a quote reference or rescheduling a booking, has to be done by Saturday afternoon
• Sunday hours are four hours long, so arrive well before 14:00 if you are selling. An inspection and the paperwork take time.
• Bring the registration papers, your ID and, if the car is financed, a settlement letter from the bank. On a Sunday you cannot get a bank settlement figure on the spot.
