The Glass House, 309 Umhlanga Rocks Drive, Umhlanga Rocks. Open Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 and Saturday 08:00 to 14:00. Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
Durban Central opens earlier and closes earlier on weekdays than Umhlanga, so pick the centre whose hours suit you.
Services at these locations
Both centres are Customer Experience Centres for face-to-face help with your DStv account. To avoid queuing, book a time slot through DStv Express Pass at xpresspass.dstv.co.za: you choose the centre, the time and the reason for your visit in advance.
DStv lists walk-in centres in Cape Town, Durban and Randburg. The Polokwane centre is marked permanently closed for face-to-face service.
