What TOBi can do on your account
TOBi can check account balances, give an airtime advance, sell bundles, give you your PUK number, do a SIM swap and send invoices and statements. At any point it can get a human to call you back or connect you to a live agent.

Vodacom accounts department email address

Steps
Routine account work is designed for self-service through the Vodacom app or the website, including viewing past usage and spend over the previous six months, which is the fastest way to check a disputed bill before raising it. If a payment arrangement is needed, that sits under the payments and arrangements area rather than with general customer care.
Escalation
A suspended line is reconnected through the collections side once the arrears are settled, not through customer care, which is why the 082 1946 number matters.
