Vodacom Bethlehem Contact Details

Bethlehem in the Free State has two Vodacom outlets, and they do different jobs. One sells, the other repairs, and the repair shop is not where its name suggests. Both are listed on Vodacom own store locator with their own numbers and their own trading hours.

Pick the number by the job. A contract, upgrade, SIM swap or new device is the 4U store. A cracked screen, a warranty claim or a booked-in handset is the repairs store, and phoning the sales shop about a repair simply gets you redirected.

Read that second address carefully. The repairs outlet carries Dihlabeng Mall in its name but Vodacom lists it at the Sabia D Oro Centre on Muller Street, which is a different address from the mall. Going to Dihlabeng Mall to collect a repaired handset is a wasted trip unless you have confirmed it on 058 303 2006 first.

The hours differ in a way that catches people out. The repairs outlet opens an hour earlier but closes an hour earlier, shuts at lunchtime on a Saturday, and does not open at all on a Sunday, while the sales store trades every day of the week.

If you need to book a device in, aim for a weekday morning. A Saturday drop-off at the repairs shop leaves you a five hour window, and anything after 13:00 waits until Monday.

A store cannot fix a billing dispute or a network fault, and asking it to will cost you time. Use the store for anything physical, the device, the SIM or the paperwork, and take account matters to customer care so that there is a reference number on your account.
